oday I am 24 years and one week old. Feels just like 23, really, except that I feel a lot older when people ask me how old I am, and people get more surprised by the number they hear becuase they are expecting 19 or 20 or something. Yup, I look young, and although it is often an inconvenience for me, people keep trying to convince me it's a good thing.
So on Monday I got back from Vegas, and Cami and Jeff took me out to dinner for my birthday. We went to Red Lobster and had lots of crab legs. Yay sea food! Then afterwards we came back to our place where they got out a cake and put some candles on it and sang happy birthday to me. Jeff got me a bunch of pint glasses for beer for my birthday, and Cami supposedly owes me a copy of The Godfather: Part III one of these days.

The cake, however, was recycled, and you can see me pouting because it actually says "Happy Birthday Cami" on it. But don't worry, it's not a month-and-a-half old cake. It was made brand new that weekend by Jeff's family who work in the KY Hand Biz. But hey, a cake is a cake, and candles are candles!

That's right suckaz, that's Combat on my Atari!

Now what would Cami's mother say?

Snapped this quick pic of the Mormon temple in La Jolla the other day.

his weekend I am kickin' it up in LA at my folks' place. Tonight I went out with my sister, we went to Downtown Disney and played some games at the ESPNzone. For a 5'2" Korean girl, she sure can hit those free throws on that basketball game there. In fact, while playing against 4 people total, she beat everybody. I, of course, came in last place. I suck royally at basketball. She is also some strange kind of bowling master, consistently scoring in the high end of the 100's and sometimes even low 200's!!!
After ESPNzone we headed for the AMC movie theater and watched Kiss of the Dragon. It was an entertaining movie with good action sequences... the plot... well, it's a kung fu movie -- how much plot do you really need?
And after that, a nice lady took a picture of us outside the World of Disney store. It was cool hanging out with her, I almost never get to do that as I don't come up here often for one thing, and my sister is always busy on the weekends for another.

Also today, I got to open my birthday presents from my family. I hate shopping for clothes, and my family hates seeing me wearing the same clothes all the time, so every birthday and Christmas, I get lots of clothes. Works out good too cuz my birthday is in the summer and Christmas is in the winter so I get both summer and winter clothes. In fact, the clothes I am wearing in this picture were picked out by my sister. The shirt is very cool, I like it a lot.
