irst of all, y'all people need to freakin' slow down in the rain. I'm driving back down from LA, it's pouring rain, and people are still driving their behemoth SUV's like the road is dry. Hello people. Just cuz it was made to go offroading doesn't mean that it has magical wet grip. But not just SUV's. There were regualar cars strewn about the freeway on the side of the road, dented up mostly from what appeared to be solo crashes.
 There was one section near Oceanside where the water was coming down so hard it was just like a solid sheet of water on my windshield, even with the wipers going on high. Couldn't see anything at all. Amazingly enough, traffic slowed down to about 20mph at that point. It was almost comforting to see that there does exist a point at which the Southern Californian driver stops believing that they are invincible on the road, and thinks about slowing down for once.
So Zac got a Palm V from his new job. So he gave me his old Palm III. Now I have a new toy. This is what prompted Cami to say that I have too many toys on her update last night. This Palm III has an infrared port. So does my phone. They can share stuff. Including custom ring tones that I can make up myself and custom operator logos... just as soon as I am able get the registration codes for the software, that is :) So anyway, if you got a Nokia phone with an IR port, maybe I could even hook you up with some custom stuff.
Cami is jealous because I got mentioned on comabound. She was so jealous, she wrote an e-mail about it to girl who runs it, in an attempt to get herself mentioned on the page. Well that just backfired on her becuase it ended up getting both of us mentioned. So I've been mentioned twice in 3 updates. Then Cami started making stuff up about how her journal is so cool that I even said it was the coolest journal out there. Now, I did say that hers is a cool journal, but I still haven't been able to find the part where I say that it's the coolest. Then she tried to tell me about how some people wrote to her saying that hers is the coolest. And that some people even say that their own online journals are inspired by hers.
But Sylvain's journal is not only inspired by mine, but he was so inspired by mine that he even mentions it on the page. By the way, his page's background has some weird orgy pic in there. Hmmm. I never noticed that before. I wonder if that is new...
