f you haven't been able to tell yet, I'm back at the good ol' Casino Royale in Vegas, this time with a slightly better view... unfortunately, this is about as good as the view can possibly get at this hotel. But hey, I'm not here for the view! What I am here for though is the BCA Open 9-Ball championships... gosh, has it already been a year since the last time I was in Vegas for this reason? Crazy!
The weather during the day is a bit on the hot side, but in the evenings, wow, it is really nice for walking around! Absolutely perfect. Anyway, I didn't even check out the tournament at all yesterday because I was too busy being out doing vegas-type stuff. Anyway, there isn't much else for me to say except that I love this town!

o where else in the world (that I can think of anyway) can you sit at a Denny's and have your breakfast while looking at a view like this! Yep, I love this town for sure! After breakfast I went on over to Hard Rock where I bought some of their hot sauce for a guy I know in Boston who collects different kinds of hot sauces. This one is called "Hot Streak Gambler's Sauce" and it claims to ward off bad luck with its garlic habanero flavor. The label has a picture of flaming dice on it. I'll take a picture when I'm not feeling too lazy. Hard Rock also had a neat Paul Oakenfold display with some turntables and some of his clothes and junk.

After that I went back to my hotel room and passed out for a couple hours before heading down to Paris for their buffet. This buffet is somewhat pricey at about $25, but it's quite a good value as the quality and variety of food is great, and it's still cheaper than the Caesars or Bellagio buffets. From there I headed over to the Riviera to check out the pool tournament and to watch Jeanette Lee play.

After she won her match, we went upstairs to the super secret skybox room and watched some more matches from up there before heading next door to eat some korean food. Nummy! Then I dropped her off at her hotel and I went downtown for some 99 cent shrimp cocktail (hey, what can I say? I love food!), before heading back down to the strip to get to my hotel to write this update, but not before I took the following pic:

I love this town.
